Isisara Bey is a Journey Agent, keynote speaker, cultural creator, producer, historian, spiritual teacher, and metaphysician based in New York.
She is the Artistic Director of The March On! Festival, a film festival dedicated to justice, cultural memory, and the ongoing American democratic project. A former Vice President at Sony Music Entertainment, she helped form the Congressional Tri-Caucus and produced its first two retreats.
She has delivered talks at TEDx Barnard College, the U.S. State Department's Vital Voices, NJ Performing Arts Center, and NYC SummerStage, among others.
As founder of Journey Agent Productions, Isisara facilitates transformational programs for leaders, organizations, and individuals navigating change.

She asked me to create a piece that reflects her through my perspective—to translate the way I experience her into imagery, texture, movement, sound, and feeling.
This is my interpretation of her:
earthy. expansive. sensual. ancestral.
fluid. multidimensional.
Rooted in what has been, while always reaching toward what's possible.
The textiles, movement, rhythm, water, space, and otherworldliness are all pieces of a language I associate with her.
Not a portrait of who she is, but a reflection of how her presence feels to me.
