Isisara Bey is a Journey Agent, keynote speaker, cultural creator, producer, historian, spiritual teacher, and adept based in New York. She is the Artistic Director of The March On! Festival and founder of Journey Agent Productions. For over two decades she has guided leaders, organizations, and individuals through transformation — asking the essential question: where are you, and where are you meant to be?
Isisara Bey is a New York–based Journey Agent, keynote speaker, writer, cultural creator, producer, historian, spiritual teacher, whose work explores culture, history, spirituality, travel, aging and personal transformation. She is the Artistic Director of The March On! Festival and founder of Journey Agent Productions. For over two decades she has guided leaders, organizations, and individuals through transformation — asking the essential question: where are you, and where are you meant to be?
A Journey Agent is an intuitive guide, pathfinder, and facilitator of empowerment and insight for the journey from where you are to where you would like to be. Isisara Bey coined the term to describe her practice — a blend of strategic facilitation, cultural wisdom, and deep listening that helps people and organizations find clarity and move forward.
Isisara works as a keynote speaker, facilitator, cultural curator, essayist, and producer. She delivers keynote presentations, leads transformational workshops, curates film at The March On! Festival, writes essays on culture and the interior life, and coaches individuals and organizations navigating change and transition.
The March On! Festival is a film festival dedicated to justice, cultural memory, and the ongoing project of American democracy. Isisara Bey serves as its Artistic Director, curating and presenting films that speak to the most pressing questions of our time.
Isisara delivered her TEDx talk at TEDx Barnard College, where she spoke on vision, seeds, and harvest — challenging the audience to ask: 'In order to harvest, you have to plant. What seeds are you planting in your own life?' The talk is available on YouTube.
